Description
This proprietary blend of herbs and spices was created by Corbin and Brennan as part of an exercise at a barbecue master class held by Paul Kirk at the Lang Smoker HQ in Hoboken, GA, several months before we opened our doors. It combines everything you love about a rub, as well as some spicy additions and secret surprises. Not only will this be delicious on your pork shoulders and pork ribs, but also on smoked chicken! In fact, we use it as an all around seasoning in several of our recipes. We joke that our rib rub is even in the water at BowTie Barbecue Co.
